What we collect
When you order: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and what you bought. If you message us, we keep that conversation.
Payments
Online payments are handled by our payment provider (Paystack or Moolre). We never receive your card number, PIN or mobile money credentials.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your order.
- To contact you about your order, return or refund.
- To keep sales records we are required to hold.
We do not sell your details or send marketing without asking.
Who we share it with
Only our payment provider and, if you choose delivery, the rider or courier who brings your order. Order data is stored securely on Google Cloud (Firebase).
Reviews
If you leave a review we keep the name, rating, text and any order reference you give. Once approved, the name, rating and text are shown on this site. Ask us and we will remove it.
Cookies
We set one cookie during checkout so we can find your order when you return from payment. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Contact us below.
